Free Resource: Reflective questions based on our ‘Younger generations at work’ report

During the summer and autumn of 2025, we asked 11 very diverse employers about their experience of younger generations. The result is an interesting list of insights and initiatives. For those interested in exploring the topic further, here is a list of reflective questions issued from employers’ insights:

- Use it fast, to validate your current work but also to identify any blind spots in your people initiatives around younger generations.

- Use it slow, perhaps with a colleague in discussion, to scan your organisation’s potential intergenerational collaboration issues, to galvanise conviction for new interventions.
