Free resource: Programme value calculator

We rarely ask ourselves about the monetary value of the work we do in Leadership and Organisation Development. If you are like us, you recognise the impact of your work from the new behaviours you see in the room, from the increased collaboration and ownership reported by your clients, but you rarely attach a sum to it all.

We started designing a way to help our clients quantify the ROI of their programmes because we believe in the value of our programme and of developing the social and communication skills of young people.  The result (with some help from AI) is a programme value calculator you can download here.

We kept ours simple but you can add more factors such as reduction in Line Manager time, quality of decision-making, and all sorts of other measure which AI will no doubt recommend for you.
